This month’s success story highlights how Organizational Architecture has assisted our client Inno-Pak with HR project management and on-going HR assistance. Inno-Pak is the leading supplier of both stock and custom packaging for the Grocery and Food service industry. Since 1992, Inno-Pak has supplied flexible plastic and rigid paperboard packaging for supermarkets, convenience stores, and in-store departments, and has since expanded to serve the food service, retail, and food processing industries. Anthony Guarnara, Director of Sales Administration and our partner on these projects, said, “We think of our employees as family. Therefore, when we look at our employee benefits programs, we are caring for our family members. As we have grown, our employee benefits programs have become increasingly complex. The landscape of healthcare changed significantly in the past few years and we needed guidance. Likewise, our payroll provider was becoming increasingly difficult to work with and we needed to transition to a new provider. Organizational Architecture provided us with a road map to assess alternatives in a thoughtful and thorough manner.  They guided us through this process with helpful tools to ensure we were considering all of the important factors, and made the final selection process easy for us.  Their diligence is why our employee benefits and payroll partners are now valuable and effective partners”. There are many different components that must be considered to develop an effective HR function. Organizational Architecture is here to help, whether you need assistance with one specific area within HR or a complete overhaul of your HR strategy.
