We are pleased to announce the promotion of Cody Bees to Project Specialist. Cody joined the OA team in July 2014 and quickly started adding value in both internal company administration and supporting client projects.
Some of Cody’s accomplishments in the past year include:
- Completing his undergraduate degree from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources.
- Working directly with a number of clients to assist them with their recruitment efforts.
- Performing compensation benchmarking analyses for several clients.
- Writing and posting human resources articles on our website and social media.
