The US Department of Labor [DOL] has released revisions to the Fair Labor Standards Act [FLSA] and Employee Polygraph Protection Act [EPPA] workplace posters. Employers must replace current posters with these revised posters effective August 1, 2016.

Employers can download and print revised copies of the FLSA and EPPA posters, as well as other workplace posters, on the DOL’s website.
