Mark Fiala brings over 15 years of strategic human resources leadership to provide you with solutions to your business’ needs in talent management. As a member of senior management himself, Mark has led the Human Resources functions in both privately-held and public companies with revenues exceeding $500 million. Mark understands your needs and can provide solutions to help you achieve your organization’s goals.

Prior to Organizational Architecture, Mark held senior human resources positions in the retail, specialty chemical and mortgage industries. Additionally, he has experience in the insurance and health care industries. He holds the designations of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and Senior Professional in Human Resources. Mark earned his MBA from The Ohio State University.

Mark served in the United States Navy as an intelligence officer.

Melissa Pfeiffer-Fiala

Melissa is a Project Specialist at Organizational Architecture and provides external client support as well as internal administrative support.  Her experience includes working as a consultant building a marketing database.

Other experiences prior to Organizational Architecture include website development and social media accounts management for a real estate company.

Melissa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Minor in Actuarial Science from Walsh University in April 2017.

While attending Walsh, Melissa completed an independent and original research project evaluating the effectiveness of online social media sites for expanding personal networks.
